The First Step

We will meet for a complimentary consultation session. During this session, we will discuss your goals, fitness history, potential injuries, as well as possible apprehensions you may have. We will finish this consultation with a training session, during which we will discuss your likes and dislikes of exercises and trial different workout approaches.

What's Next?

After our session, I will create a bespoke personal training package that suits YOU. The training plan will be tailored to your goals and lifestyle. I will take into account your current level of fitness, preferences to the type of training, potential injuries and the amount of time you can commit to training.
