Regular exercise will help to keep you fit and healthy during your pregnancy and prepare you for the physical and mental challenges of pregnancy and labour. 

 

Together we will work on developing and maintaining your strength, fitness, flexibility, stamina and energy through my effective exercise programs, designed to suit you!

Post Natal Personal Training

 

Being a specialist in Ante & Postnatal Training, I know and understand the stresses and strains pregnancy can have on the female body. I use this knowledge to create uniquely specific workout plans that will address your individual physical needs as a postnatal Mum.

Whether your goal is to build up your strength, tone up, or get lean, I will help you to achieve it, while keeping you energised, motivated and monitored every step of the way. 

The First Step

We will meet for a complimentary consultation session.* During this session we will discuss your goals, your level of fitness before/during your pregnancy, your current level of fitness & lifestyle, your medical history and any possible apprehensions you may have. If you have already been signed off by your GP to exercise, we will finish this consultation with a training session, during which we will discuss your likes and dislikes of exercises and trial different workout approaches that will be most comfortable for you.

What's Next?

After our session, I will create a bespoke personal training package that suits YOU. The training plan will be tailored to your goals and lifestyle. I will take into account your current level of fitness, preferences to the type of training, potential injuries/limitations and the amount of time you can commit to training.
